CCU needed to increase customer signups for new checking & savings accounts and increase branding to draw in new traffic. Social media had proved ineffective, and television & radio campaigns broadcast too wide a net; they wanted a way to spend advertising dollars only in geographic areas where prospective clients live.
CCU came to Jigsaw looking for solutions. We targeted digital and native advertising to geographic locations surrounding their 14 branches, targeted specifically by gender, age, income and interests. Jigsaw also targeted rival banks' signup webpages to target the market considering their competitor. In addition, we provided monthly content for their site with backlinks to increase engagement on their site.
